Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 1 to 4 business days.

You are allowed to open your package upon delivery to check your order

1. Exchange Policy

Refunds are available up to 14 days after receiving your order.
To request a refund, please contact us by:
- Replying to your order confirmation email, or
- Messaging us through our official social media accounts.
Once your exchange is approved by our team, we will process an exchange new order where you will have your new item and give back the exchanged one to our courier.
The customer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the exchange order shipping fees.
Please note that your exchange will be a new order shipped that will take around 1 to 4 new business days to work on, and be delivered to you.

2. Refund Policy

Once your refund is approved by our team, we will process a refund equivalent to the original purchase price.
The customer is responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return (refund) shipping fees.

  - بعد تأكيد طلب الاستبدال، سيتم توصيل المنتج البديل خلال من 1 إلى 4 أيام عمل.
  2. سياسة الاسترجاع
  - الاسترجاع متاح خلال مدة أقصاها 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
  - لطلب الاسترجاع، يرجى التواصل معنا من خلال:
    - الرد على رسالة تأكيد الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني، أو
    - مراسلتنا عبر حساباتنا الرسمية على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
  - بعد موافقة فريق Viscoza على طلب الاسترجاع، سيتم رد مبلغ يعادل قيمة المنتج الأصلية.
  - يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن الأصلية بالإضافة إلى تكلفة شحن الاسترجاع.
  - يرجى العلم أن تكلفة شحن الاسترجاع قد تكون أعلى من تكلفة الشحن الأصلية.
